Password Reset

  1. Have the student attempt to reset password themselves using the following website: http://www.tacomacc.edu/OWAHelp/forgotpw.htm
  2. If you do not have access to the Password Reset Facility contact a supervisor. If you have access to the Password Reset Facility do the following:
    1. Check their ID.
    2. Login to the following site: http://online/apps/stuemailadm/resetstudent.aspx
    3. Choose the SID option, type in SID and click Find
    4. Verify student by checking ID
    5. Reset password back to SID and force the password change
